Worker contracts give hope to welcome contract workers – Belgium

This, according to the coordination, will boost the recruitment that was difficult in recent years, and attract new profiles.

On the other hand, since the new status is that of a salaried employee at home, those who work in co-hospices (often made available to them by the communes or CPAS) can not benefit at this stage. Implemented in recent years to solve some of the difficulties of the sector, co-hosting today represents almost 4.5% of the total number of places in Walloon Brabant.
