WWE SD Live August 13th Summary

WWE SmackDown Toronto, Canada

Commentators are Tom Phillips, Corey Graves and Byron Saxton.

– The WWE SmackDown show starts with Tom welcoming us Kevin Owens arrives in the ring. The crowd sings the name of Owens. Owens says last night marked the fifth anniversary of his contract signing at WWE. In five years he has memories of which he never goes. He has faced people he admired from the beginning of his career. He faced the best in the industry. On Sunday, he faced someone named the best in the world. SummerSlam will stay one night which he will never forget for several reasons. His family was in ringside to share the experience with him. His family shared the experience of experiencing the Sold Out experience of seeing him kick bad Shane McMaon. That's what he did. He's mostly going to remember when he made a Shane Stunner. He will never forget this moment thanks to us. Now that's done, he's focusing on something else and this is the King of the Ring Tournament.

He has been a fan of WWE all his life and the KOTR tournament has always been something he loved to watch. It's great to be able to participate in the tournament and winning the tournament is as good as winning all the titles he won. People like Steve Austin, Edge, Bret Hart, Owen Hart and others won this tournament. He will add his name to this list and he can guarantee it. Shane McMahon's music begins and he arrives on the stage. Owens asks him why. Shane says it was a nice little moment. Owens who benefits from his victory and announces himself on his way to KOTR. He is here for a few reasons. The crowd sings to him '' badhole ''. Shane says you should not insult Owens as well. He will show us a video that proves it. We see a picture of Owens last Sunday who makes a low blow to Shane. The crowd sings that it was deserved.

Shane asks if Owens is taking this for competition. Owens pulls a blow like that, does that make him a man? Owens says he's not going to take a lesson about this from someone like Shane who was a member of the Mean Street Posse clan. Being a man does all he needs to win especially when his job is at stake. Being a man is only to silence Shane for this situation. Shane says that Owens is low-level and will always be known as a cheater. Owens will have to live the rest of his life with this title. Shane says that Owens should be on the side of the unemployed, but he likes to beat him. Owens says he's ready with his wrestler outfit. Shane says he's going to restrain himself, but Owens is competing tonight, he'll find out later. Shane says he wants to show pictures of what he did to poor Elias. We see a video of Owens attacking Elias with a chair at SummerSlam. Shane says that he gave Elias leave to recover and the title rule 24/7 is withdrawn. Owens attacked Elias while he was wearing a referee's jersey, a representative of the company. We all know that WWE officials need to be protected. So he wondered what to do to set an example. Shane says there will be big repercussions. Owens will be fined $ 100,000. Owens says it's a joke. $ 100,000 is probably nothing for Shane, but for him it is the future of his children or a down payment. If Shane is a man like he says, he will reconsider his choice as he knows it's shit. Shane answers "no" and leaves.

– Back after the break, behind the scenes, Kevin Owens enters Shane's office. Shane says he is not a wrestler but an official tonight. If Owens wants to hit him, he will sue him and take away all his money in addition to the fine. Shane says that Owens has put his hands on an official, you have to make an example. Owens throws a chair at Shane's television to get his anger out.

Like him, we too would have all lied with the face crushed against the wall. He does not blame Buddy Murphy for that. Murphy was forced to give a name. The problem is that Murphy gave the wrong name. The crowd sings that Bryan is the leader. Bryan says that's what's wrong with us and society. Someone says a lie, it's launched on social networks and it becomes the truth. He's sorry to disappoint us, but they have nothing to do with these incidents and tonight they will prove it.

– Behind the scenes, Daniel Bryan and Rowan enter the locker room. Bryan asks everyone to leave, except Buddy Murphy. Bryan says he knows that Murphy lied and he also understands why. He knows why Kofi decided to flee the fight, people know it too. Kofi is not able to beat him like 11 years ago. The worst is that Kofi fled a fight in front of his wife and two children. One day his sons will grow up and ask Kofi why he made the easy choice. Why did you avoid the big bad guy? Kofi will tell them the truth by saying he can not beat Randy Orton. Orton says he'll give Kofi another chance to prove him wrong. Why not do a Six-Man Tag instead of staying away? Kofi agrees.
