Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez continue to search for a home for their stepfamily in Santa Monica

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were spotted searching for the perfect home for their stepfamily, just months after they rekindled their romance.

The 51-year-old megastar and the 48-year-old actor were seen touring a few more expensive real estate plots on Friday, this time in Los Angeles’ Santa Monica neighborhood.

And as the couple continue to be involved in both sets of their children’s lives, JLo brought in his twins Max and Emme, 13, to find a potential new home on the West Coast, just days after the couple looked at places in Holmby Hills.

The new old couple were seen arriving at a property in Affleck’s Mercedes as she continued to look comfortable in the actor’s passenger seat as he scanned his phone for navigation.

Her caramel braids were tied back in a loose bun and she sported a chunky pair of diamond studs, while Ben kept her casual in a flannel shirt.

They drove past a slew of nearby mansions with expensive cars in the driveway as they continue their search for their first home together that will also accommodate their five children combined.

And staying close to Ben’s already settled life in Los Angeles, Santa Monica is only a short drive from Ben’s current property in the Pacific Palisades.

Her ex Jennifer Garner – the mother of her three children Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12 and Samuel, nine, – also lives near Brentwood.

Max and Emme were seen taking the rear of the tour as they walked through a wooden door, just weeks after it was announced that Jen and Ben were set to move in together “very soon.”

However, a TMZ insider reported on July 15 that the couple were not yet ready to move in together, and that Affleck had simply accompanied the founder of JLo Beauty to find her own mega mansion – although he already has one. house in Bel Air.

A few days ago, the couple were pictured looking at a $ 65 million property dubbed ‘Il Magione’ a short drive from the famous Playboy Mansion.

They also visited a sprawling mansion in the celebrity-favorite gated community of Beverly Park, which offers plenty of security for its prominent residents.

Recently, Lopez was also seen touring upscale private schools on the West Side for her two children as she continues to plan a life in California near her “true love” Ben.

After splitting from Alex Rodriguez after a two-year engagement, she and the Good Will Hunting actor rekindled their romance and she gave up her life in Miami seemingly together.

Although Jen and Ben tried to keep the relationship relatively underground – arriving in the same place in different SUVs at first – it was only a matter of time before things turned to the point of becoming inseparable.

They continued to bring their love on a world tour that featured romantic getaways to Big Sky, Montana, Miami, and most recently the Hamptons, where the Hustlers actress has a home.

Us Weekly previously reported that the couple felt like they weren’t “rushing things” and spent “almost every night together”, when work permitted.

Their first step-family outing was last week as the couple had lunch at the Brentwood Country Mart with Lopez’s daughter, Emme, and Affleck’s son, Samuel.
