November is always a busy month for games, but this year is more than a little different thanks to the arrival of the Xbox Series X and the PS5. The new consoles have arrived just before the best time to shop – Black Friday. While we’re unlikely to see any deals on any major new exclusives like Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales or Demon’s Souls, there will be plenty of great discounts on a bunch of games released throughout the year. for PS4 – all of which are compatible with PS5 except physical PS4 games on the PS5 digital edition. Some of the bigger PS4 games also have free upgrades for PS5. Several retailers, including Best Buy and GameStop, have already released full Black Friday ads that feature a slew of PlayStation games. When will the Black Friday PS5 game deals be available?
While some early Black Friday deals are already available, we haven’t seen many game discounts yet. However, that will change later this month when the big Black Friday deals begin. Each retailer has a different schedule, which we have outlined below. We’re still waiting for major Black Friday ads from Walmart and Target, and we expect Amazon to match the best prices found at other retailers.
- GameStop: Online offers for PS5 / PS4 games begin November 25 at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT. You can purchase offers in-store starting November 27. GameStop’s Black Friday sale ends November 29.
- Best buy: Online offers are valid November 22-29. You can visit your local Best Buy store to purchase deals from November 27-29.

Best PS5 and PS4 Black Friday game deals so far

One of the most moving games in recent memory, The Last of Us Part II features a brilliant storyline and a great mix of stealth gameplay and action. The PlayStation exclusive will go on sale for $ 30 during Best Buy’s Black Friday sale, which is its lowest price to date.

The swan song of PS4 exclusives, Ghost of Tsushima, released during the summer. The open world samurai adventure features a gripping story, beautiful world and solid action gameplay. It has also received some important updates since its release, including the recent addition of a surprisingly deep multiplayer mode. Ghost of Tsushima hits its lowest price at multiple retailers during the Black Friday sale. PS5 users can get a free update that offers higher resolution and 60 fps.

The Resident Evil 3 remake was also released earlier this year. While it wasn’t as well received as last year’s Resident Evil 2 remake, it’s still worth choosing if you’re a fan of the survival horror franchise. You can’t beat that price either, which is a new low for Resident Evil 3.
