Duane Chapman talked about how he and his wife met for the first time and his grief.
"She was our lion master of the Chapman family," he said. "I can not believe she's gone, it's not possible, I want to wake up from this dream."
His son, Gary Chapman, said that he was still preparing for the death of his mother.
"I do not think it strikes me again, which really happened to my mother," he said. "I love her and she was there for me … she was at my side."
Her friend and colleague Rainy Robinson also paid tribute.
"She was funny, funny, infuriating, stupid, stubborn, witty, offbeat," Robinson said. "She was strong, smart, impertinent, passionate, linguistically colorful, and if she believed in you, you would not find a better warrior by your side than she did."
The couple became famous as stars of their 2004-1012 reality show, which follows the adventures of their family-owned premium hunting business. They married in 2006 and had 12 children together.
