According to court records, obtained by The Blast, Andrew Glennon filed documents Tuesday in Indiana.
He filed a paternity suit, as well as an urgent hearing regarding the custody of their child, James Glennon.
Glennon takes the first steps necessary to try to get full custody of his son, and it seems like everything is over between him and Portwood.
As reported, the "Teen Mom" was arrested after July 4 for apparently hitting Glennon while holding their son.
According to the dispatcher of 911, he feared for his life and that of his son during the alleged tirade of Portwood.
When the cops showed up, she was taken to jail and reserved under the battery charge.
Portwood, 29, began dating Glennon in 2017 after the two men met on the set of "Marriage Boot Camp".
Portwood already has a 9-year-old daughter, Leah, who seems to spend most of her time with former little brother Gary Shirley.
The star talked about their custody situation and said that Leah decides who she wants to spend time with.
However, now that Glennon has applied for a formal custody order, baby James will have a strict schedule under which the parent will get custody.
Portwood may be responsible for child support if Glennon were left with the majority of the custody.
She has not yet responded to paternity documents, but must appear in court Wednesday for a first appearance in the domestic battery case.
