Former Vice President Joe Biden, the favorite among the Democratic nominees of 2020, has said he agrees with a supporter who has ransacked Donald Trump's presidency – and has qualified him "illegitimate" – during a ruthless revolt during his last campaign stoppage.
"It's an illegitimate president in my mind – that's all," said the woman, who said she has "a very serious case of what is called Trump Disorder Syndrome" , said Biden.
"It's illegitimate and my biggest fear is to do it again with the help of Vlad, his best friend, and we're going to get stuck for another six years with this guy, and it's terrifying, it's "It's terrifying" she said, mentioning Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Biden responded by jokingly asking if she would be running for vice president. In a seemingly more serious tone, Biden says, "People, listen, I totally agree."

His comments also included a call for all 2020 candidates to unify behind a message that claimed, among other things, that Trump had won the 2016 elections with the help of Russia. "I do not want to live in a country run by Vladimir Putin, I do not think anyone should want that," she added.
Biden told the woman that to help the Democrats win, he would not "talk badly" to another Democratic nominee. "We have to be able, whatever the nominee, to be able to win," he said.
Biden is used to making comments potentially damaging to his political career. For example, in 2011, he told a Chinese academic audience that he fully "understood" the one-child policy.
The former vice-president was also closely examined by a 2006 video, which surfaced in May and showed it advocating the construction of a border wall and the punishment of employers hiring illegal immigrants.

Biden's Tuesday comments come after weeks of unrest around Special Advocate Robert Mueller's report, which highlights what some regard as a troubling activity on the part of Russians. The report did not, however, conclude that the Trump campaign had been conspiring with the Russians to influence the election.
While Democrats continued to investigate a possible obstruction of justice under Trump, the Justice Department investigated the origins of the Russian investigation and asked if the former government had inappropriately monitored the Trump campaign.
