Big Hit Entertainment denies rumors about meetings of Jungkook, BTS member

Big Hit Entertainment has released a statement on the dating rumors of the BTS Jungkook member.

Big Hit Entertainment clearly states that the claims about our artist Jungkook that are broadcast on social media and online communities are false.

While resting on the island of Geoje, he discovered that his knowledge in a tattoo shop was also visiting the area. He then met with acquaintances from his tattoo shop and other acquaintances of Geoje Island for a meal and had a karaoke session. That's the truth that has been distorted.

We think it's unfortunate that [Jungkook’s] his daily life during his rest period became distorted.

We will determine if there has been leakage of CCTV footage or there has been illegal filming. We will take legal action against the disclosure of personal information and invasion of privacy. In addition, we announce that we will also take legal action against the spread of false rumors.

Earlier in the day, photos of a man hugging a woman surfaced on online communities and netizens identified him as Jungkook.

Meanwhile, BTS recently announced the end of its official rest period.
