As previously reported, the Target Center website in Minneapolis, Minnesota is advertising Sasha Banks against SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair for tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
On the surface it seemed like just a dark match and with WWE the map is still subject to change, but PWInsider reports that Banks is indeed returning tonight and that she will wrestle on the show.
Banks hasn’t wrestled since losing the Women’s SmackDown title to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania. Banks are believed to have been absent due to the filming of an upcoming Disney + series.
The Target Center also lists John Cena, Dominik and Rey Mysterio against Roman Reigns and The Usos, but this is likely a dark match.
Also announced for tonight: Seth Rollins, Edge and Shinsuke Nakamura.
