Texas State Representative Jeff Leach spoke on Tuesday to "Fox & Friends" to defend a bill dubbed the "Save Chick-wire-A" bill.
The bill was relaunched quietly in the Texas Senate on Monday after being canceled in the House last week by a procedural move.
