Billie Eilish ‘filed restraining order against man who threatened her from outside his house with notes and gestures’

Billie Eilish has filed a restraining order against a man who allegedly harassed and threatened her with frightening notes and gestures near her home in Los Angeles for the past six months.

Eilish has sought a restraining order against John Hearle, a man she said was camping out at a school across from her house, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

The 19-year-old alleges that she was bombarded with threatening and disturbing letters sent by Hearle, and claims to have even made a movement of “ slitting the throat ” when seeing her.

Eilish claimed to have received a scary note from Hearle reading: ‘You can’t get what you want, unless what you want is to die for me … you will know that soon the water will rise, and you could very well die … you will die.

The singer claims to have been watched in and out of her home by Hearle, who always says something to her or gives her some sort of gesture – including the throat-cutting motion.

Eilish claims that she becomes anxious every time she returns home with the knowledge of Hearle’s presence.

The singer also fears for her safety and that of her family.

She wants Hearle to stay at least 200 yards from her and her parents.

The LAPD is reportedly investigating the case, but has made no arrests, police sources told the website.

In documents obtained by The Blast, Eilish says that Hearle caused “ emotional wounds, including fear for my safety, fear for the safety of my family, and the loss of my sense of peace and quiet and security in my home and “ personal space resulting from repeated cases of harassment.

She also said: ‘I no longer feel safe going out of my home and doing basic physical exercise in my neighborhood as he might try to come close and hurt me.

“Every time I see him, I just want to scream,” the singer concluded.

She claims he slept on the school steps and ‘perched’ on top of the building’s wire fence in order to look inside the privacy wall of his residence.

The alleged harassment has been occurring since August and a judge has yet to rule on the matter, according to The Blast.
