Billie Eilish has advocated for Zoom clothing to stay alive in this post-quarantine world. The singer just paired a corset with sweatpants in her latest Instagram post, proving the top is commercial, the comfort at the bottom could be here to stay.
On Monday, Billie posted a series of photos wearing what appears to be a tomato-themed corset. She paired the unique top with a white lace bra, white button-down shirt, lots of beading and, yes, sweatpants. “Yeah, I know,” she captioned the footage.
The corset is from Los Angeles-based designer Meow and you can get a very similar one if you have $ 225 to spare.
The look provides further proof that Billie is changing her style as she enters a new era of music. Whereas previously the 19-year-old stuck to very loose silhouettes, lately she’s showing off her body more, even posing in a corset for the cover of British Vogue in May 2021.
On Monday, Billie also spoke out against enemies who say Billie’s new era is a “flop.” She posted a TikTok to her new NES song with the words: “Is it just me or is Billie in her flop time like why is she sucking now…” In the video, Billie laughed lightly. She captioned the video, “Everything I see on this app… eat my dust, my breasts are bigger than yours.”
