It was the most anticipated item on Bills’ to-do list heading into the 2021 season, and Bills fans will be even more excited for the campaign ahead. Buffalo has accepted franchise quarterback Josh Allen’s terms for a six-year contract extension that will run through the 2028 season.

Allen, who just turned 25 this year, rewrote the Bills’ single-season record books in just about every passing category in his third NFL season in 2020. He broke records franchise in a single season for touchdowns (37), goals (396), completion percentage (69.2), 300-yard games (8), passing yards (4,544) and total touchdowns (46) as he finished second to Aaron Rodgers of Green Bay for league MVP honors.

He was also named the second All-Pro team and was selected for the Pro Bowl as he led the Bills until the AFC title game after a 13-game regular season.
