Thanks to Black Friday sales, retailers are offering their best discounts yet on the latest 2020 models from Apple’s smartwatch line.
If you’ve been waiting to have the latest technology on your wrist, now might be the time to take the plunge. Here’s the latest info on what you need to know if you’re looking for a deal:
- the Apple Watch Series 6 and Apple Watch SE got their first big discounts since launching in September, with discounts sometimes ranging from $ 49 to $ 69 on select colors.
- Walmart confirmed that it will sell the older Series 3 watch at a historically low price starting Wednesday, November 25 at 4 p.m. PT: The 38mm Apple Watch Series 3 will retail for $ 119, and the 42mm Apple Watch Series 3, $ 149.
- Although it’s officially discontinued, we’ve seen the Apple Watch Series 5 pop up in some places. If you can find this model for around $ 300 new, it’s worth it.

The Watch SE is the step-down model of Apple’s 2020 line of wristwatches. It is similar to the 2019 5 Series, but without the always-on display and ECG function. The Watch SE also has a more powerful processor and a 30% larger Retina display than the much older Series 3 (see below). Unlike the Series 3, the Watch SE also supports Apple’s new Family Setup feature that lets you set up an Apple Watch for your child, but you’ll have to spend on that cellular version (and a wireless plan that lends it). ‘accompanied).
