Black Ops 4: All Weapon and Nerves in the February 19 Update of February 19 – Release Notes | Dexerto.com

The last major update of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has dramatically changed the balance of several weapons in multiplayer mode and Blackout.

In Update v1.13, which went live on Feb. 19, Treyarch developers tuned the effectiveness of some weapons based on comments received from players and their own analysis of the performance of these weapons. in the game.

However, not all changes have been universally applied, some of which have only been implemented on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.

As might be expected, the least used weapons received improvements to make them more viable, while weapons considered too powerful received slight nerves.

In multiplayer, the two main weapons that hold the attention are the Maddox RBF assault rifle and the Saug 9mm submachine gun, both considered the meta of their respective classes in competitive and casual mode.

The Maddox saw its recoil stability reduced in the first five shots, while the Quickdraw I and II attachments were weakened in terms of ADS-in speed.

The Stock and the ELO for the Maddox were also put into play, the Stock offering less speed of movement ADS and the ELO less stability in decline.

An exclusive console change was made to Maddox, reducing the maximum damage range from 23.6 yards to 20.8 yards.

The Saug 9mm also saw some significant nerves, as basic travel and sprint speeds were reduced to match those of most other groups.

The controversial Stock I and II attachments now offer reduced ADS travel speed, while the Grip attachment offers less recoil stability.

Only two changes to the console were made to Saug 's Dual Wield mode, one being a reduced accuracy of hip shooting and the other, maximum damage reduced from 11.1 yards to 8.3.

With regard to Blackout, there have not been many changes that have caught the attention of players, except perhaps the universal increase in the damage caused by all light machine guns to vehicles and equipment.

You can see patch notes for all weapon changes in the Multiplayer and Blackout modes below, and additional update information is available in full patch notes v1.13.
