Activision has revealed all of the new content coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Season Two.
Season two, which launches February 25, adds four new Operators, six new weapons, the new Zombies experience (and the leak) dubbed Outbreak, four multiplayer maps, new multiplayer modes, new Prestige levels and new points. of Warzone interest. The trailer for Season 2 is below:
The four new operators are Naga (Warsaw Pact), available during launch week, Samantha Maxis (NATO), who arrives in season, Terrell Wolf (NATO), also in season, and Karla Rivas (NATO). Maxis, Wolf and Rivas are premium DLCs.

Now on to the zombies. Outbreak is described as the next chapter in Dark Aether’s story and takes Requiem to the Ural Mountains. It’s a cooperative experience for up to four players on a large-scale map, with vehicles included. Here is the official text:

The four new multiplayer maps are Apocalypse (6v6), which takes place in the Lao jungle, Golova (Fireteam), which takes place in the Ural plains, Mansion (2v2, 3v3), located in Havana, Cuba at Hefe Mansion of the End of the Line campaign mission, and finally Miami Strike (6v6).
Miami Strike is interesting because it is a smaller, daytime version of the original Miami map, considered one of the worst maps in the game. Hopefully the smaller size and better visibility will improve things.
New multiplayer modes include Call of Duty’s favorite weapon game Stockpile (6v6), which is a mix of Kill Confirmed and Hardpoint, and Hardpoint multi-team, a new 10 out of four team mode that takes place on larger maps in Black Ops Cold War. Multiplayer also gets the new Death Machine score. This is the original Black Ops portable minigun.
Now on to Warzone. Activision said Verdansk will get a number of points of interest to discover or explore. These advance the history of Warzone.
Mention is made of the tanker Vodianoy, which players had recently spotted off the coast of Rebirth Island. This ship had disappeared at sea, but is now heading for the port of Verdansk. “Nearby operators are recommended to exercise extreme caution,” the official text reads, “as the vessel is carrying unknown cargo and its crew cannot be contacted”.
And there is something that is “starting to rumble” deep underground in Verdansk, although these new locations are yet to be clarified. I imagine players will sniff them out soon after Season 2 kicks off.
Black Ops Cold War receives a progressive update on February 23, and Warzone receives an ongoing update on February 24 to kick off season two. Season 2 premieres between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. PT on February 24. It’s 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. UK time on February 25.
