Black Ops Cold War: The Last Killcam Comes Soon

[ad_1]

There is nothing better in Call of Duty than getting the Final Killcam, allowing you to flex over the corpse of your enemy.

But the popular feature has been removed from the game and players have asked for its return.

Killcam final return

Senior Game Designer for Treyarch, Matt Scronce, confirmed on Twitter that the Final Killcam will return in a future update.

Reply to a tweet from @ TheMW2Ghost, he confirmed he would return to the game saying,

“We have a design ready for a hybrid system that will play Best Play or Final Kill depending on what ends the round. No ETA on when this will be implemented until we return from our vacation.”

It’s odd that they haven’t included from the start, but it’s good news that he’s coming back and visibly missing from the game.

With most of the devs on vacation over the holidays, we’ll probably have to wait until later this month or February to see it implemented in the game.

Double XP Weekend

Players have a few days to enjoy the Double XP weekend that took place over the New Year.

The Double XP weekend will last until January 4, 2021 at 10am PT, 6 p.m. GMT.

BOCW’s latest playlist update saw the arrival of new modes in the game, providing players with some variety throughout the season.

  • 3v3 snipers only
  • Face Off
  • Raid 24/7
  • Nuketown Holiday 24/7
  • 2v2 gun battle

Season one

The first season of Black Ops Cold War launched on December 16, so now is a great time to join the team and grind the Season Pass.

You can now earn Unified Battle Pass EXP in Black Ops Cold War, Modern Warfare, and Warzone.

Some Battle Pass levels include two rewards: one for Black Ops Cold War and one for Warzone.
