Superman (Henry Cavill) is back in black in re-released music video Justice League by Zack Snyder – now in high definition. “I’ve always been a huge advocate for the black suit. I really wanted the black suit,” Snyder said during a recent appearance on Comic book debate. “Superman is a notoriously non-growing character. He’s like a rock and everything crashes against him. And we learn about ourselves by trying to change something that’s immutable. It’s really the old way, old Superman, when I felt like my Superman had to level up and learn something and be something different with every step. “
“Because in the end, the idea or what I had planned was that the last step for Superman, [was] his real return, or his real entry into what I would consider the classic Superman, ”added the Steel man and Batman vs. Superman director. “We don’t really understand in this movie the classic Superman.”
According to Snyder, the black and silver CGI suit is also a “great time marker.”

“I love the idea that Superman has to reconcile his morals, reconcile his place on Earth, reconcile a love affair with Lois and how that affects the way he relates to humanity and all of those things, as we do. let’s all do with the normal relationships we all have in our daily lives, ”said Snyder Beyond the trailer. “So I think when you see Superman grappling with these things, he becomes a lot more understandable.”
