Blake Shelton isn’t kidding when it comes to NBC’s new “The Voice” series.
The country star hilariously disparaged his fellow coaches on Wednesday’s episode of “Late Night with Seth Meyers.”
Shelton said new coach Ariana Grande is “a super talented and very sweet human being, but my feeling is she’s going to suck” in the hot seat.
He had “kind of fizzled out” with Kelly Clarkson, he continued. “There is too much Kelly on TV. I joked that NBC is nothing but Clarkson. People are fed up with her. People are fed up with her.
And John Legend? Well, “he’s so high all the time,” Shelton joked.
“So I feel like this year is going to be a gift for me and I’m excited about it,” he boasted.
