Independent icons, Bloc Party announced a short American tour that will take place later this year. Starting in September in Washington DC, the group will travel the east coast of Philadelphia, New York and Boston before heading west to Los Angeles and San Francisco. The band will play their first album in 2005 at each of the six concerts. Silent alarm in its entirety.
Bloc Party's last studio album was 2016 Songs. Singer Kele Okereke released a solo album, Country, back in 2017. Last fall, Bloc Party played Silent alarm to six shows in Europe. On April 12, the group will publish Silent Alarm Live, with records of these dates. Tickets for the 2019 group's American concerts will go on sale Friday, March 29.
