Quest Diagnostics is one of the largest medical testing companies in America. they warned the securities regulators that they had lost 12,000,000 customer records (credit card numbers, bank account information, medical information, social security numbers and other personal information) due to a violation by ACMA, a collection agency they used.

The breach occurred between August 1, 2018 and March 30, 2019.

The laboratory test data was not in the breach.

Happy for Quest's 12,000,000 customers, the company announced that "Quest Diagnostics takes this issue very seriously and is committed to protecting the privacy and security of patients' personal, medical and financial information."

So it's settled then.

According to Quest Diagnostics, up to 12 million patients may have been deprived of financial, medical and personal information [NBC]
