Actor Bob Odenkirk said on Friday he suffered a small heart attack when he collapsed on the set of AMC’s “Better Call Saul,” but that he would be “fine”.

“Thank you”, the 58 year old man tweeted Friday afternoon. “To my family and friends who have surrounded me this week. And for the outpouring of love from all of those who have expressed their concern and concern for me. It is heartbreaking. But I feel the love and it means so much. “

“I had a little heart attack,” he said in the Tweeter. “But do not worry.”

Odenkirk thanked the medical staff and doctors who took care of him and said he “will take some time to recover” but will be “back soon”.

It is not immediately clear how his situation will affect the program of the AMC show. The sixth season of the show was in production.

Representatives of Odenkirk said in a statement Wednesday that he was stabilized in a medical facility following the incident in New Mexico on Tuesday.

“He and his family would like to express their gratitude for the incredible doctors and nurses who take care of him, as well as his cast, crew and producers who have stayed by his side,” said representatives.

Odenkirk landed the lead role in the series after it was derived from AMC’s hit “Breaking Bad”. His career includes working as a sketch editor for shows like “Saturday Night Live” and “The Ben Stiller Show”.
