The body of a missing teenager from Ohio was discovered in a shallow grave on a farm six days after his disappearance.
Jonathan Minard, 14, of Dellroy, Ohio, disappeared after going to a nearby farm in New Harrisburg, where he often worked with a 29-year-old friend, according to reports.
He spent the night with his friend on Friday and both went to work on the farm Saturday. That afternoon, he contacted his mother to complain about toothache and asked him if he could go home, reported the Cleveland WKYC television channel.
He was missing the next day and his remains were found Friday in Washington Township, Ohio.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner conducts an autopsy to determine how he died. The Carroll County authorities also opened a criminal investigation into his death.
