Mission accomplished. The Chicago White Sox absolutely OBLITTED the New York Yankees in an epic clash on Friday night. With a well-released output of Lucas Giolito and an explosive bat Eloy Jimenez, the White Sox reached the .500 mark!

The Southern Siders are 34-34.

The game did not start in favor of the Sox. Luke Voit, the second batter of the match, sent a home run to the center-left court.

Fortunately for us, this blow was the only damage to the first … and for most of the game.

To boost his ace, Leury García doubled on the first pitch that he saw in the match. José Abreu followed suit to put the runners at the corners with his single left field. Jiménez sent them all home on a shot at the first step, the first shot and three races, on the field in the center right! Very quickly, the South Siders took a 3-1 lead, supporting their ace.

The bats of the Sox were silent until the fifth inning. There, Eloy hit a single, and another later, Rondón put the runners at the corners with only one of his. Sabathia was eliminated from the match and Luis Cessa was the first substitute of the match.
