Boosie, born Torrence Hatch Jr., was arrested by police after allegedly passing his Dodge Charger in and out of traffic, having almost lost another vehicle. Police Sgt. Jeff Bugg stopped Hatch, alongside former NFL player Antonio Allen, who was sitting in the passenger seat.
