As you move through Borderlands 3, you can find chests marked with the "T" symbol. That's what the game calls Typhoon Dead Drops and they are related to one of the major challenges you can accomplish in the game using audio logs left behind by the first Vault Hunter, Typhoon of Leon. You may have already met some of them at Pandora during the opening hours of the game and you've probably spent five minutes struggling to find a way to unlock it.
To open these chests, you must find all the logs left by Typhoon of Leon on the map in which you are. While you may be thinking, "Oh no, I have to find where are all these tedious collectibles." Do not worry, the location of the logs is clearly indicated on the map, which avoids you to have to find them completely blind. And once you have acquired all three, the location of the Typhoon Dead Drop will be revealed to you on the map.
There is usually a Typhoon Dead Drop card per open area. Try to take the time to look for newspapers to get a solid booty. It is also interesting to research and listen to these newspapers because they actually contain details that affect what you will discover later in the story. Take the time to do this to better enjoy the twists and turns of the game's more powerful revelations.
