He co-founded in 2006 the charity Sentebale – meaning "forget me" – with Prince Seeiso to improve the prospects of thousands of children and young people affected by HIV / AIDS. It has since delivered adolescent-friendly HIV testing and counseling services to more than 21,000 people and plans to expand to four to five sub-Saharan countries by 2020.
