Chinese police apply to arrest 18 and scandal-hit vaccine firm
BEIJING (Reuters) – Police in the northeastern Chinese city of Changchun said on Sunday they Changsheng Bio-technology Co Ltd, a vaccine maker at the center of a safety scandal.
