Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. (TSX: PGD). Minor. Up 7.5 cents, or 46.88%, to 23.5 cents out of 6.3 million shares. De Beers Canada Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Peregrine, the owner of the Chidliak project located 120 kilometers from Iqaluit, in an offer valued at $ 107 million. According to the agreement, De Beers will pay 24 cents a share for the company
