Brandi Redmond and her family have officially welcomed their new addition! The Real Housewives of Dallas cast member gave birth to her fourth child, a baby girl named Brilynn Mari Redmond, she confirmed to PEOPLE February 13.
“We are thrilled with the love and beyond the chance to host our little miracle,” Brandi said in a statement to PEOPLE. “Brilynn shares a birthday with her late grandmother whom we honor and miss dearly.”
Brandi’s mother-in-law, Jill Marie Redmond, died in a car crash in October 2020.
Brandi also said of her new addition to PEOPLE, “Brilynn brought so much love and complemented our family.”
Additionally, Brandi shared the first photos of her beautiful baby girl announcing her arrival in an Instagram post on February 13. “Valentine’s Day came a bit early this year,” Brandi gushed in the post. “Welcome our darling, Brilynn Mari Redmond.”
Brandi first broke the news that the Redmond family would grow up in an October 23 Instagram post featuring pumpkins decorated with the birth year of each of her three children: Brooklyn, 12, Brinkley, 9 and 3. years. – Former Bruin, whom she and her husband Bryan Redmond adopted in 2018. There was also a fourth decorated pumpkin from the year 2021.
The Dallas mom later confirmed her pregnancy in a touching Jan.5 article, sharing a photo of her plump belly.
“First of all, I want to welcome you to 2021 and pray that it will be filled with love, laughter and blessings for everyone. I have so much gratitude for everyone and [every one] of you. Yes [you’re] read this thanks for taking the time. I might feel like I’m hiding but in reality it’s just me, “Brandi wrote.” If you know me, I live the moment more than most and I feel like when I ‘will arrive in paradise, I will manage to see a beautiful book of my life but in this book I will also see my mistakes, my faults, my ups and downs. It will be how I handled this trip, what I learned, how I grew up and what kind of difference I made. As I have shared my life with you for the past five years, I can’t wait to share my growing baby bump with you and the #rhod season premiere. “
If one thing is certain, it’s that the brand new little Redmond will be surrounded by a lot of love. Friend and companion of Brandi RHOD actor Stephanie Hollman shared some love for the bundle of joy in the Jan. 9 episode of The dish of the day podcast, saying, “I’ve never been so excited for a baby. I am so excited.
