After dating as a lesbian and revealing that she has a girlfriend, “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Braunwyn Windham-Burke revealed she would be “heartbroken” if her husband were to pass. to something else.
Last month, the 43-year-old reality TV star stepped out in an interview with GLAAD. At the time, she also revealed that she had started dating a 28-year-old woman named Kris. However, the mother-of-seven explained that her husband, Sean Burke, is supporting him and that they are working on what to do with their 20-year marriage in light of his revelation.
The star hosted a Q&A on her Instagram Story on Saturday, where she was asked about her marriage. She revealed that they both wanted to stay married, but acknowledged that divorce could be considered. In response to another question about Sean moving in with another woman, Braunwyn admitted that she would “be heartbroken” if that happened. Sean, who was seated next to her during questions and answers, noted that he would likely go out with other people, but isn’t sure when.
“Yeah, that sucks a bit because it’s hard to figure it out,” he said of his wife’s new relationship.

It wasn’t long before Braunwyn’s supporters called out for her selfishness in preventing her husband from doing exactly what she did. The star noted that she was indeed unfair, but explained that this is why they are currently in therapy together.

“We are working through it. We cannot figure this out on our own. It is a lot … It is hard and we are working on it,” she explained.
However, she also noted that she didn’t stop Sean from doing anything or force him to do what he didn’t want to do. Although unique, they both try to manage their family situation in a place of transparency and honesty.

“I don’t own Sean,” she said in response to a question. “I was like, ‘Go do whatever you want.’ Sean wants to be here. He wants to be with the kids. We’re family, so it’s not something I do, it’s where we are now. ”
The duo have been married for two decades and share children Bella, 20, Rowan, 18, Jacob, 15, twins Caden and Curran, 7, Koa, 4, and Hazel, 2.
During the interview she was released in, the reality TV star recognized her 20-year-old husband and explained that she loves him even though she has never been attracted to him or to any man.

“I love Sean. I love him very much, he is my person, he is my family. But I’m not attracted to men and I never have been,” she said.

On Instagram, Sean showed his support for his wife. “I love you. I’m proud of you. And I support you. Always,” he wrote on his Instagram story.
