Cteep wins lot 10, offering a 73.92% discount

Cteep won the call for tenders for Lot 10 of the Transmission Auction held on Thursday, 28th, at the B3 headquarters, in São Paulo, offering an Authorized Annual Revenue (RAP) of R $ 10,144,435 to construct and operate the project, corresponding to a reduction of 73.92% over the maximum ERP established for the project, of R $ 38,794,920.

The proposal of the issuer, controlled by the Colombian ISA, exceeded nine other offers from traditional groups such as CPFL Energia, EDP Energias do Brasil and Neoenergia, as well as from Sterlite in India, between other.

Lot 10 is composed of a 500/230 kV substation at Lorena and sections of a 230 kV section between Tijuco Preto and Cachoeira Paulista, Aparecida – Santa Head C1, and Aparecida – Santa Cabeça, totaling 12 kilometers long. According to the National Electric Power Agency (Aneel), the works are aimed at providing freight to the Vale do Paraíba region in São Paulo. Investments are estimated at R $ 237.9 million and are expected to generate 594 direct jobs. In addition to Lot 10, Cteep also won Lot 1 of the auction, initially in partnership with Taesa, through the Columbia Consortium. However, after the dispute, Taesa announced that she would exercise her right of withdrawal.
