Jornal GGN – The Lula Defense will deliver to Judge Sergio Moro, in the criminal case files on the Atibaia website, the result of an expert from MyWebDay, one of the systems used by Odebrecht to make bribe payments abroad. According to the second panel (2), the investigation shows that "the petitioner is not mentioned in the archives nor in the information linking him to illegal acts related to Petrobras."
Lula is accused of pbadive bribery and money laundering involving work in the property that belongs, in fact, to businessman Jonas Subaduna and Fernando Bittar. The OAS and Odebrecht contractors would have made space reforms in exchange for contracts with Petrobras, prosecutors in Curitiba say.
As in the case of the triplex, Lula's defense tries to show that there is no evidence linking contracts between contractors and state oil and silver intended for the former president.
Next to MyWebDay, the Drousys system is the most controversial. Odebrecht's former lawyer, Rodrigo Tacla Duran, claims to have been adulterated before and after the launch of Lava Jato, which defeats all the evidence that prosecutors extract from systems to corroborate complaints filed with Moro.
