Mother and daughter die while falling from the 21st floor of the Punta del Este building in Uruguay

PORTO ALEGRE – A 44-year-old woman and her daughter, born in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, of four, died after falling from the Torre Lobos building on the 21st floor on Playa Brava in Punta del Este , in Uruguay.
