The aggression of a young man during the visit of his former boyfriend in the CDP was premeditated, according to police | Sorocaba and Jundiaí

According to the delegate of the Women's Defense Division (DDM) of Jundiaí Renata Yumi Ono, the Secretariat of the Prison Service (SAP) informed the police that a few days before the crime, Michael Denis Freitas, 25 years, had remove the names of parents from the list of visitors, leaving only Nicolly.

In a note to G1 SAP reported that the victim had been attacked during an intimate visit to Michael. The action was only noticed by prison officers at the end of the visit period, when visitors were counted.

During the search, Nicolly was found unconscious and seriously injured. The former mate is serving time for robbery and has been charged with femicide in flagrante delicto. He confessed to the crime of jealousy and was transferred to a maximum security cell in the penitentiary of President Venceslau (SP).
