A 23-year-old boy was arrested Sunday morning (3), after killing six people and killing two people at kilometer 40 of the Aristides da Costa Barros road in Guareí.

According to information from the road police, Jeremias Gustavo Marra first led his ex-wife, Sulamita Camargo, 26 years old.

The two men have been married for four years, but a little over a year ago, they were separated, according to information provided by the police of the road.

After joining the former companion, Jeremiah ran over five other people, one man and four women.

The police of the road said that the other victims were not with Sulamita at the time of the accident. Everyone was on the side of the road, where a bar runs nearby.

The ex-mate of the suspect was rescued and taken to the Guareí emergency room with small fractures, but has already been released.

The man hit by the car, Eduardo Correa de Andrade, died at the age of 28 at the scene of the accident.

Among the affected women, Camila Santos Cardoso, aged 22, was rescued and taken to Leo Orsi Bernades Hospital in Itapetininga (SP), but she did not stand up to injury and was died in the unit.

Valeria Aparecida Andrade and Samara Pedroso de Andrade are admitted to the intensive care unit of the same hospital in Itapetininga. Their state of health is considered regular.

The other woman affected, Talita Furtado Ferreira, is pregnant, but the accident did not affect the baby, police said. She crossed the Guareí emergency room but was released.

The car driven by Jeremy was recovered and taken to the police station. According to the police, the tires were bald, the bodywork was blended and the windshield was carpeted.

Still according to the police, the breathalyzer indicated that Jeremy had been drinking and did not have a driver's license. He was arrested and taken to the Guareí police station.

An incident report was filed for intentional homicide (when intent to kill), attempted femicide, bodily injury, and lack of habilitation.

Jeremias is scheduled to attend a custody hearing on Monday (4) at the Porangaba (SP) Forum.
