The Mangabeiras and Serra do Curral parks in the south-central Belo Horizonte will be reopened to the population next Wednesday (18). The Municipal Secretariat of Health (SMSA) has authorized the reopening of these two parks, banned since last year because of the risk of yellow fever.
The body however reiterated that, to visit the sites, it will be necessary to prove immunization against yellow fever, and the vaccine must have been applied within 10 days prior to the visit. It will be necessary to present the vaccination card or guarantee that visitors will be vaccinated, which will be done by means of signing a term commitment.
