Three soldiers were arrested in the city of Pinhais, in the metropolitan area of Curitiba.
According to the Prime Minister, the police arrived at the scene only because she was pursuing a man with a cell phone found that had been stolen. During the escape of the suspect, MPs felt a strong smell of marijuana and arrived home.
The arrested detainee was taken to the Pinhais Police Station. The man with the stolen cell phone managed to escape.
