The three suspects to kill the girl Victory Gabrielly, 12, were aware that she was the wrong victim, the prosecution (MP) said in a complaint filed Tuesday by the judge. The prosecutor's office has requested the preventive detention of the trio, which is already held temporarily. Missing on June 8, the student was found only eight days later, in the rural area of Araçariguama, in the interior of São Paulo.
According to the MP's complaint, to which "TV Tem" had access, Bruno Marcel de Oliveira, known as "Mancha", Mayara Borges de Abrantes, and Julio César Lima Ergesse "are unable to live in society" . The prosecution also claims that all three have "animal personality traits" and an "extreme coldness" for kidnapping and killing Victoria Gabrielly, even though she had no connection to the situation that they wanted to solve. Prosecutor Suzana Peyrer Laino Ficker has denounced the suspects for kidnapping, homicide qualified for clumsy motive, unmotivated, a cure that prevented the victim from defending himself, and the concealment of a corpse.
