Disney eventually made a deal with the Brightline High-Speed Railway to bring a station at Disney Springs to Walt Disney World.

The Disney Springs project is expected to last 2-3 years once construction begins. Construction would likely begin after the planned 2022 completion of the West Palm Beach expansion to the Orlando International Airport.

The proposed station includes an entrance hall on the ground floor, passenger facilities and a train platform on the upper level. The exact location of the Disney Springs resort has not yet been announced. Engineering for the proposed Disney Springs resort was started by Brightline earlier in 2020.

The Brightline High-Speed Railway will soon provide a transportation from Miami to Orlando in 3 hours. It usually takes around 4 hours to drive between the two cities. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, construction of the railway continued, with some adjustments and precautions implemented. When completed, the train will travel from Miami to the Orlando International Airport (completion expected in 2022). The rails for MCO have already been laid.

To complete the trip in under 3 hours, the Cocoa-Orlando line is offered to operate at high speeds of up to 125 mph. From Miami to West Palm Beach, trains will reach speeds of up to 79 mph. From West Palm to Cocoa, the top speed is 110 mph.
