BREAKING: Disneyland Resort pass holders are now known as Legacy Pass holders Discounts will continue, more benefits will be announced

The Disneyland Resort has just announced that guests who held a valid annual passport when parks close (yes, the same passports that are canceled and refunded) will now be known as “Legacy Passholders”.

The previously announced 30% merchandise discounts are still in effect until February 25. What appears to be new with this announcement is that after this date, standard AP discounts on food and merchandise will continue to be available at Downtown Disney and Buena Vista Street stores. .

It is not known what additional benefits will be announced for these Legacy Pass holders, or when they will be available. Stay tuned to WDWNT.com for more details as soon as we receive them!

Thank you for your loyalty and for holding a Disneyland Resort Annual Pass during this unprecedented period of park closures. To show our appreciation until new membership offers are announced, we felt there were a few perks and a new title in order: Passport holders active on March 14, 2020 are now Disneyland Resort Legacy Pass Holders.

Legacy Pass Holders can still enjoy some of those ever so magical extras that celebrate you. Like when you have the chance to pick up special merchandise or take advantage of food and drink deals. For a limited time, Annual Pass holders save 30% on select items at select Downtown Disney District and Buena Vista Street stores! This offer is valid from Monday to Thursday, January 18 to February 25, 2021.
