BREAKING: Galaxy Z Fold 2 One UI 3.0 stable update begins to roll out

Samsung started rolling out the One UI 3.0 stable update based on Android 11 for the Galaxy Z Fold 2 today. The company first released the One UI 3.0 beta update for registered Galaxy users. Z Fold 2 in South Korea a few months ago.

The One UI 3.0 stable update has been released for the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in Germany. The new software update, which has the firmware version F916BXXU1CTLL, brings Android 11 and the January 2021 security patch to the foldable device. Along with Android 11 features like chat bubbles, a chat section in the notifications area, unique permissions, and a dedicated media player widget, the new update also brings One UI 3.0 features like the Updated user interface design and improved stock apps for Galaxy Z-Fold 2.

If you are a Galaxy Z Fold 2 user in Germany, you have already received a notification for the update. If you have not yet received the update, you can check it manually by going to SettingsSoftware update and pressing Download and install. You can also install it manually by downloading the new firmware from our firmware section.

We expect the update to roll out to other markets soon. Samsung’s software update rollout speed has been impressive over the past year, and the company has already rolled out the One UI 3.0 update to most of its high-end phones.
