MANDAN, N.D. (AP) – Police in North Dakota said it had arrested a man of 44 who had killed four people earlier this week in a trade in Mandan, Bismarck near the capital.
The chief of the Mandan Police Jason Ziegler, said the surveillance video identified an interesting vehicle and helped them get to Chad Isaak, who lived in the small town of Washburn, about 35 km north of Mandan.

Isaak is a divorced navy veteran and chiropractor.
Ziegler also revealed for the first time that the victims had been stabbed or shot.
Ziegler says the motive for the murders is not yet known. He added that the suspect was living in a trailer park run by the RJR Maintenance and Management company, where the four victims were working.
Ziegler says that Isaak is being held under four counts of murder for felony.
