With Donald Trump’s last day in power, also comes the end of the latest version of the Hall of Presidents at the Magic Kingdom. The last unannounced day of operation for the last version of the show was January 19, 2021.
With no announcement, fanfare or word to the media, Disney has already closed the Hall of Presidents on the eve of Joe Biden’s inauguration, according to the Walt Disney World website. While Disney hasn’t officially announced anything yet, it’s safe to assume that Biden will be added to the ride (in audio-animatronic form, of course) with a speaking role.
It is not known at this time how much the attraction will change again as this is the first time that a version of the show has only existed for a single presidential term, lasting just over 3 years.
