A special election in a conservative congressional district in North Carolina, won by an ally of President Trump, was a victory for Republicans, Bret Baier said Wednesday.
Appearing on "America's Newsroom" with anchor Bill Hemmer, Baier stressed that attention was focused on the race, especially because many people – especially Democrats – had "declared that this was going to be an indicator "for the 2020 elections.
