The induction speech of Bret Hart's Hall Of Fame 2019 came to a sudden halt on Saturday after one of the crowd tried to tackle the legend of the fight.
Bret – who was inducted as half of the Hart Foundation alongside the late Jim Neidhart – was in the middle of his speech when the attacker rushed him from behind.
The show briefly went to the dark, before returning to the confused clichés of the public.
Eventually, the action returned to the ring, where Bret regained her composure. Drake Maverick approached the microphone and asked the crowd to ignore the attacker.
Bret then resumed his speech and continued as if nothing had happened.
