Craft beer and brewing is one of those niche hobbies that have taken off in recent years, and most of us are familiar with a craft beer bud who would love to share his foam secret. But in reality, it’s easier said than done which makes this new indie game appealing.
Upcoming Auroch Digital Title Brewmaster looks a bit dry, although it’s pouring extremely wet pints. This is not a wacky title or a joke, but a game that attempts to capture the authentic home brewing experience.
This means crushing malts, boiling hops, and tossing yeast in order to make the perfect pint. Players can also customize their brewing station, using it with equipment and accessories.
It’s a good idea to have a simulation game that captures an otherwise expensive, time-consuming hobby that takes up a ton of space. Neighbors tried to drink alcohol at home and the plastic jugs exploded overnight; this game would certainly be a preferable alternative.
Brewmaster is released by Sold Out and is slated for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X in 2022.
