Hayden Panettierethe boyfriend Brian Hickerson was arrested Thursday morning after allegedly having a violent confrontation with the actress.
A police spokesman told E! News that Hickerson, 30, was arrested in a Los Angeles residence and was charged with domestic violence. Hickerson was arrested at around 2:25 am and spent the night behind bars before handing $ 50,000 bail the next afternoon, according to prison records. The police did not identify Panettiere or anyone else as a victim.
According to sources close to the situation, 29-year-old TMZ, Hickerson and Panettiere went to Hollywood on Wednesday night and then returned home, after which they physically quarreled. The police were called and interrogated the couple, then arrested Hickerson. The sources told TMZ that they noticed redness and marks on the Nashville actress body.
It was revealed last August that Panettiere and her husband and professional boxer Wladimir Klitschko he was separated after nine years together. The two share a 4 year old daughter, Kaya.
