The actor Brian Turk, whom you may know in shows such as "Beverly Hills, 90210", "ER" and "Boy Meets World", has died at the age of 49 after a battle against cancer, reports The Sun.
His death comes two months after the creation of a GoFundMe account in July in order to fund his battle. The page revealed at the time that a year after the start of the Battle of Turk, the cancer was terminally ill.
"A little over a year ago, our dear friend, Brian Turk, was diagnosed with cancer," reads the page. "As a selfless and private person that he is, Brian has kept this silence so as not to worry his family and friends.Unfortunately, the cancer is now terminal."

GoFundMe's description then paid tribute to his spirit and to the impact he had on the various communities of which he was a part.
"Brian has had a positive impact on many of us, whether on the football field, at Mater Dei or at the USC, on stage or in our personal lives," he said. declared. "He has always been there for us in our moments of need and celebration."
Turk also appeared in "Carnivale", "Buffy Against the Vampires", "Two and a Half Men" and "General Hospital" of HBO.
Brian Turk is survived by his wife and 8 year old son.
