Bride sends company angry email after wedding dress arrived incorrect, realizing she put it inside out

“Sometimes no matter how much school we put behind us… we’re still going to lack common sense,” wrote one bride, lamenting her own recent wedding dress.

A Kentucky woman went viral and learned a very valuable lesson in how to dress earlier this month.

Aubrey of Louisville wrote a lengthy Facebook post detailing her experience buying a wedding dress. The bride-to-be ordered the dress online and when she arrived she couldn’t wait to try it on. However, after putting on the dress, she became “really upset with how she looked and sent an angry email to the company wanting to return it,” she wrote online.

Aubrey has attached photos of herself in the dress, showing how she looked compared to photos on the website showing how the dress should appear.

Smoking the confusion, Aubrey was shocked to receive the response from the company: “You put the dress inside out, please put it the right way around.”

Stunned by her own mistake, the bride couldn’t help but laugh at the situation. When she managed to put it the right way, she wrote “the dress turned out beautiful.”

The 33-year-old decided to share her hilarious experience on Facebook as a way to thank the company and seemingly apologize for their aggravated email.

“They probably didn’t appreciate my angry email, this message is the least I can do to thank them for ‘fixing’ the problem (me, the problem was me). But I hope they enjoyed a good laugh, ”she wrote.

“And so do you … during this tense period of election results, I hope you take comfort in the fact that I was not on your presidential ballot … and I will never run for any office.” … I’ll help save your life but seriously – please don’t call me to dress, apparently I’m having a hard time doing this for myself, ”she added.

Since her post was shared over a thousand times, Aubrey has added an update to explain in more detail what was behind her thoughtlessness, which she blamed on “no sleep (teams from 16 to 24 hours to live), final week, “as well as” in a rush between jobs, “and skepticism with both the business and the online ordering in the first place.

She added the stress of marriage and the pandemic, as well as the fact that she had “no idea what fashion or shipping measures for evening dresses.”
